Cena, who has made over 650 wishes come true for children, surprised a young fan who is sadly battling a life-threatening illness in Florida. Sporting a medical mask, Cena arrived with a plethora of gifts for 7-year-old David Castle, who is combating Wilms Tumor. Alongside t-shirts and action figures, he also had championship titles and autographs to gift the fan.
At the time of this writing, Cena holds the record for most wishes granted by a single individual, and it appears as though the pandemic won’t get in the way. The 16-time World Champion remains committed to granting the wishes of his fans during their time of need, not only appearing with presents but taking the time to converse and pose for pictures with those who consider him a hero.
Cena last competed in WWE at WrestleMania 36, where he lost a cinematic Firefly Fun House match against “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt. The match forced him to relive key moments from his lengthy WWE career and even included a few that didn’t happen, including a segment where he was presented as a member of the nWo.
