LEGO Schedules Four Marvel's Eternals Sets for Late 2020 | CBR

Though The Eternals has been pushed back to 2021, fans will still have the chance to get their hands on LEGO playsets based on the film this year.

Promo Bricks has a new list of LEGO products for 2020 and among those listed are four Eternals-themed sets, all set for release this October.

Although there are no concrete details on the sets, it should be noted that this is a large push for a relatively new franchise. In fact, the only other Marvel film that had this much of a push with LEGO was Avengers: Endgame, which had five sets prior to the film’s release.

The Eternals is based on a race of ancient space gods created by Jack Kirby. These beings are behind the origins of many of the races in the Marvel Universe, including mutants, Skrulls and Kree. A’Lars, the father of the Mad Titan Thanos, is an Eternal himself. Originally scheduled for release this November, the film was pushed back to next February as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Directed by Chloé Zhao, The Eternals stars Nanjiani along with Richard Madden, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, Salma Hayek, Lia McHugh, Don Lee, Angelina Jolie, Barry Keoghan, Gemma Chan and Kit Harington. The film arrives Feb. 12, 2021.
