The CW has released its lineup of TV shows fans can expect to see this fall, along with a new schedule slated to debut in Jan. 2021.
Coming to The CW this fall are new additions like Season 1 of DC Universe’s Swamp Thing and the return of the final season of Supernatural. Changes to the fall schedule came about after the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) forced Hollywood to halt production, pushing some spring shows back to the fall.
Unscripted programming takes up the majority of CW’s fall schedule. However, joining Swamp Thing and Supernatural are Pandora, Tell Me a Story, Dead Pixels, Coroner and The Outpost. As for Jan. 2021, Charmed joins Batwoman on Sundays, followed by All American and Black Lightning on Mondays, The Flash and Superman & Lois on Tuesdays, Riverdale and Nancy Drew on Wednesdays, Walker and Legacies on Thursdays.
Swamp Thing chronicles the life of a botanist transformed into a human avatar of all the plant life on Earth and his long quest to regain his humanity as he defends the world from supernatural threats. Available now on DC Universe, the series stars Crystal Reed, Andy Bean, Derek Mears, Jennifer Beals, Henderson Wade, Will Patton, Virginia Madsen, Jeryl Prescott and Kevin Durand.
Airing on The CW, the final season of Supernatural stars Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Misha Collins and Alexander Calvert.
